EVV Compliance System Reports
The EVV Compliance Reports provide a quick look at your EVV Compliance rates.
Go to Report > EVV Compliance Reports > Select the EVV compliance report.
% Compliance = (Number of EVV Compliant Visits / Number of Confirmed Visits)*100
% Exceptions = (Number of Visits with Exceptions / Number of Confirmed Visits)*100
% Compliance + % Exception = 100%
Number of EVV Compliant Visits + Number of Visits with Exceptions = Number of Confirmed Visits
The EVV Compliance Exception Reports provide two sets of logic that the client can select:
Old Version Logic is for any visit pre-2024. Before 2023 the report used different criteria for exceptions. We left these options available in case an agency needs to pull the data from before 2024.
New Version Logic is for any visit starting 2024. This logic matches the payer logic. The EVV Compliance should match between the payer and provider when using the New Version Logic.

Visits which have IVR confirmation, but have been manually adjust to increase visit duration by more than 1 hour than the schedule. |

Visits which do not have recognized IVR Call, but have been manually linked. |

The EVV Compliance Summary Report provides the agency with their EVV Compliance Percentage. The EVV Daily Compliance Summary Report provides a daily breakdown of the EVV Compliance Summary report.

From the total number of visits, we calculate the number of Compliant Visits, Number of Confirmed visits, Number of Billed Visits, Missed Visits and Visits with Exceptions.

This report provides the agency with visits that have exceptions as well as the exception reason.

Number of visits with exceptions on the detail report should equal the number of visits with exceptions in the summary report. (Using the same filters).

This report provides the client with how often a reason is being used for a specific contract and overall for all contracts.
Report Counts the number of times a reason was used for a visit with an exception.
