New York Nascentia EVV Compliance Reports

New York Providers using Nascentia as a Payer are asked to submit two additional reports with their billing in order to be compliant. This topic reviews how to create these reports. You will need to submit these reports to Nascentia outside of HHAeXchange.

Nascentia offers two options for submitting the required data. At this time, HHAeXchange accommodates for Option 1: Submitting Weekly/Bi-Weekly Data Streams.

This feature is activated by HHAeXchange System Administration. Contact HHAeXchange Support Team for details, setup, and guidance.

  1. Under the Report menu, select EVV Compliance Reports, and then NY EVV Compliance Summary Report.

  2. In the window that opens, set your From Date and To Date. Under the Contract(s) dropdown, select your Nascentia contract(s).

  3. Click the View Report button.

  4. A preview of the report opens. Click the Save Icon and select CSV as your file format.

  5. Rename the file using the following naming convention for the file name (Ignoring the triangle brackets):

    <Provider TIN>_NHO_Billable_Compliance_<Week Start>YYYYMMDD_<Week End>YYYYMMDD

    For example:
    999999999_NHO_Billable_Compliance_20241103_20241109

  1. See New York EVV Aggregation Report and follow the instructions for generating the State Aggregation Report.

    Rename the downloaded file using the following naming convention (Ignoring the triangle brackets):

    <Provider TIN>_EMEDNY_Submitted_EVV_<Submission Date>YYYYMMDD

    For example:
