DOH COVID-19 LHCSA Report

The DOH COVID-19 LHCSA Report delivers all HHAeXchange in-scope data to assist with DOH COVID-19 reporting requirements. Providers can generate information on demand and as frequently as needed to report data to the DOH.

To run the DOH COVID-19 LHCSA Report, go to Report > DOH > DOH COVID-19 LHCSA Report. On the HHAeXchange Report Center page, select one or more Office values from the Office(s) dropdown field and click the View Report button to generate the report.

The report is comprised of four sections: Capacity, Staffing (PCA and HHA), and Staffing (RN and Rehabilitative Therapists. This report captures the total count of Patients, Caregivers, and Service Hours when generated.

Section	Description
Capacity	Data providing today’s caseload (total number of Patients) by Provider Priority Code classification.
Staffing (PCA and HHA)	Data providing the total number of PCA and HHA Caregivers and Service Hours (as of January 2020, last weekday, and current day).
Staffing (RN and Rehabilitative Therapists)	Data providing the total number of available Nurses and Rehabilitative Therapists* (as of January 2020, last weekday, and current day). *PT=Physical Therapist, OT=Occupational Therapist, ST=Speech Therapist, and RT= Respiratory Therapist
COVID-19	Data statistics by reasons/types including On Hold Reason, Discharge Reason, and Absence Type enabling LHCSAs to select applicable information when completing the DOH requested COVID-19-related survey information.
