Unique Customer ID

The HHAeXchange unique Customer ID is assigned to a single account to assist HHAeXchange to easily identify the account.

What are the benefits of this ID?

The Customer ID improves the customer experience in multiple ways: 

• Assists HHAeXchange associates with identifying the account

• Helps identify any products or services that apply to the account and to which market.

• Preventing duplication across the various HHAeXchange environments and system platforms.

This unique 6-digit ID is required when contacting any of the HHAeXchange support venues.

Where do I find the Customer ID?

The Customer ID is a unique 6-digit number located at the top-right section of the system header. This section displays the User Name, the ID, and the applicable database servicing the account.
