How do I edit a visit on the Appointments page?
On the Appointments page, a visit can be edited by either using the edit icon at the top right corner of the cell or clicking on the Schedule Time link in the cell.

Go to Visit > Appointments and generate a search to locate the desired visit based on the patient or caregiver.

Hover over the Visit cell and click the edit icon in the top-right corner of the cell (shown below).

The Schedule Time fields open, and the Caregiver field turns blue. Make the applicable edits to the visit by entering a new schedule time and/or changing the assigned caregiver.

Click the checkmark icon to save the changes or click the X icon to cancel any changes made.
Yes, use the Bulk Update feature to edit multiple visits at once. Complete the following steps to update multiple visits simultaneously.

In the Appointments grid, hover the cursor over the visit cell and select the blank checkbox in the bottom-right corner (shown below). Repeat to select multiple visits.

When one or more visits are selected, the Clear Selections and Bulk Update buttons appear directly above the visit cells.

Select Clear Selections to unselect all visits or Bulk Update to apply a schedule or confirmation change to all selected visits.

Select the desired Bulk Update action and make the applicable edits.

Click Save to finalize.
Multiple Bulk Edit functions can be performed from the Appointments page to include editing schedules and confirming visits.
In addition, users can choose whether to overwrite existing values for the selected visits or only apply the values set in this window if the corresponding field for one or more of the visits does not have a value set.
