These release notes contain a high-level overview of updates and new functionality introduced to the HHAeXchange Enterprise software. As HHAeXchange is permission-based, not all functionality is available for every role within an Agency.
In the system, there are various options to generate invoices by grouping them per Period, Patient, Authorization, etc. In certain markets, separate invoices are required per individual Caregiver. This enhancement offers the option to separate invoices by Caregiver in the Contract Setup.
Go to Admin > Contract Setup to search and locate the applicable contract. On the Contract, select the Billing/Collections tab and go to the Organize Invoices By section. Check the Invoice Per Patient, Per Date, Per Service Code, Caregiver checkbox and select the One Invoice Per Caregiver menu option from the dropdown field.
Once saved, invoices generate separately per Caregiver.
