Agencies can update Billing Rates for Linked Contracts. Complete the following steps to update a Billing Rate.

Go to Admin > Contract Setup > Search Contract to locate and select the Contract.

Select the Billing Rates tab. On the Billing Rates page, click the Update Rate button on the respective Service Code.

The Update Rates window opens. Update the applicable fields in the New Rates section. Required fields are denoted with a red asterisk. Click Save to apply.
Providers can review Service Codes for Linked Contract generated by Payers via the Contract Service Code Reference Table. Although most fields for Linked Contract Service Codes are locked, Agencies can change the name of the Service Code:
Payers may also grant Agencies permission to designate the Service Code for Mutual cases or select the Allow Patient Shift Overlap checkbox.
Under Admin > Reference Table Management >, add or edit a service code and then select Allow Patient Shift Overlap. When selected without a time limit, the entire shift may overlap. Enter a time limit to allow a shift overlap for a specific period of time. Example: If 10 minutes is selected, overlaps of up to 9 minutes are allowed.
