HHAeXchange BI Data Insights

The HHAeXchange Business Intelligence (BI) Dashboard module is located within the HHAeXchange application’s Navigation Panel. Click Data Insights to access the Dashboards page.

• Dashboard functionality is available to all Agencies and permissions are role-based. Permissions for each Dashboard must be activated for a role to access a particular dashboard. Permissions are managed by HHAeXchange System Administration.

• Users only have access to the Offices they are associated with or assigned to in the HHAeXchange User Account; therefore, can only see data for those Offices.

Available Dashboards

The following image illustrates the available Business Intelligence Dashboards via links on the Dashboards page, each concentrating exclusively on key areas of the business.

Selecting Data Insights opens the Dashboard Search page, where available dashboards are categorized into Caregiver, Financial, Patient, and Visits. Click the corresponding dashboard link to access a dashboard.

• The data presented on all HHAeXchange BI Dashboards is directly derived from the information entered in the HHAeXchange application (based on various source tables and formulas which calculate the outcome).

• The Care Insights Dashboard is visible only to those Providers who use the Care Insights functionality.

All dashboards have Search and Expand icons on the left side of the screen. Click the Expand icon to open the menu of available dashboards.

Similar to the landing page, all categories are listed in the left navigation panel. Click on a category to reveal all available dashboards within that section, or use the +Expand All link to open all categories at once. From here, you can choose any dashboard you wish to view.

To close the category dashboard options, click Collapse All.
