Caregiver Chat Broadcasting

An Agency user can create and send a new chat Broadcast message on a selected Topic to multiple Caregivers. The system allows Caregivers to respond individually to the Broadcast message which is seen by all Agency users assigned to the Topic.

To broadcast a chat message to multiple Caregivers, select the Caregivers from the To: field. Create the message and click Send to broadcast to the selected Caregivers.

A broadcasted session recipient list can be edited; however this creates a new Broadcast session. The Broadcast session can be renamed by clicking on the pencil icon.
