Caregiver Profile Chat pop-up Window

A Caregiver Chat pop-up window is available directly from the Caregiver Profile under Caregiver > Profile allowing users to initiate a chat with a Caregiver outside of the Caregiver Chat page. On the Caregiver Profile, Click the Chat conversation icon to initiate a Caregiver chat directly from the Profile page.

A Chat Conversation pop-up window appears. A conversation thread is seen for prior chat conversations to include a chat conversation in progress; otherwise a new conversation displays as a blank thread.
