Chat Message Failed to Send

At times, a chat message fails to send from the system to a Caregiver. The system indicates a failed message, with a Failed to send label and warning icon.

Caregiver Chat: Failed to Send Label

Click Retry to attempt to send the message again. The message resends; otherwise, the Failed to send label continues to appear until the server is ready.

Click Delete to completely erase the message from the chat.
