Initiate a Chat Session

Initiating a Chat works the same in both MyChats and Topics. To initiate a chat, Click the New Chat button.

On the main panel, a To search field appears prompting for a Caregiver Name to chat with. A list of Caregivers appears when typing a name in search for a Caregiver. Once located, select a Caregiver and enter the message (chat) in the indicated message window and Click Send.
