From your first login to being fully up and running, here's the path ahead:

In this step, you'll attend a kickoff call to meet your Project Manager; learn how onboarding works, and get set up in On Ramp, your project home base. You'll also fill out two discovery forms so we can understand your agency's needs and start setting up your system.
It's time to build! Think of this stage as setting up the backbone of your system - the essentials that everything else will run on.

Your goal for this step: You've logged in to your HHAeXchange account, added your Agency's users, and set up Payer information.

Now that your foundation is in place, it’s time to prepare for day-to-day operations. In this stage, you’ll set up the tools and processes your team and caregivers need to confidently capture visits and use EVV accurately.
