How do I edit a Visit?

HHAeXchange offers 2 versions of our app, HHAeXchange and HHAeXchange+. Note the plus sign in the name of the app and ensure you are referencing instructions for the correct version of the app.

If set up by your agency, you can edit a visit that has already taken place.

  1. From the Schedule page, expand the visit.

  2. Tap View/Edit Visit to adjust the duties associated with the visit.

  3. Tap Edit Visit Time on the upper right from the Visit Details page to change the clock in and out times.
