Illinois - Apply PSA CCU Number Values to Patient Contract
The Planning Service Area (PSA) and Care Coordination Unit (CCU) number fields are used for billing purposes in specific markets. These values help Providers identify the area where a visit is conducted.

Go to Patient > Search Patient, apply filters and click Search.

Click the Patient link and select Contracts/Insurance from the left navigation menu.

Click the Ellipsis under the Action menu for the IDOA contract and select Edit PSA/CCU.

Click the + Add New PSA Contract # link and select the contract number from the dropdown.

Click the + Add New CCU # link and select the contract number from the dropdown.

Click Save.
