Term	Definition
Conflict	A set of visits that overlap, either partially or entirely.
Conflict Type	Refers to the nature of the conflict. Click the Information icon (i) next to the Conflict Type header in the dashboard and pages where Conflict Types are displayed to see the definition: Time-Distance: The distance between two visits is too far to travel between the End Time of the first and the Start Time of the second. Exact Schedule Time Match: The scheduled time of one visit is the same as another visit. Exact Visit Match: The confirmed Start/End times of one visit are the same as those of another visit. Exact Schedule and Visit Time Match: Both the Scheduled and Confirmed times of one visit match those of another visit. Schedule Time Overlap: The Scheduled time of one visit partially overlaps with another visit. Visit Time Overlap: The confirmed Start and/or End times of one visit partially overlap another visit. Schedule and Visit Time Overlap: Both the Scheduled and Confirmed times of one visit partially overlap another visit.
Conflict Status	Current status of the conflict, which matches the status in the provider portal: Open/In-Progress: A conflict is identified. The providers involved in the conflicting visits are in communication and working towards resolving the conflict. Resolved: Action was taken by both providers associated with the conflict and resolution of the conflict was reached. No Response: On the provider side, this indicates that one provider reached out to the second provider involved in the conflict, but the second provider has not acknowledged the communication.
Unresolved Impact	Estimated monetary value of conflicts that are not yet resolved. It consists of a Shift calculation which takes into account the billable value of the entire duration of the visit and an Overlap calculation which only estimates the financial impact based on the amount of time the two visits overlap.
Restricted	This legend displays when the patient is associated with a different payer. In this case, Restricted is shown instead of PHI/PII.

Conflict Management Dashboard Tabular View Overview Closed

The Conflict Management Dashboard page consists of several dashboards identifying the number of conflicts for each category represented. All dashboards on this page show the number of conflicts, potential monetary impact for unresolved conflicts, and the final monetary impact of the conflicts that are resolved.

The Conflicts Overview dashboard at the top of the page shows the number of conflicts identified today, in the last 7 days to 90 days. The dashboard also shows the monetary impact based on Shift - which accounts for the billable value of the entire duration of the visit, and Overlap - which estimates the financial impact based on the amount of time the two visits overlap.

The dashboards automatically display data for the last 7 days. To change the date range enter a new date range and then select the Search icon. Use the Export button to export data from the dashboard. Click the blue text to access more information about the conflict.

Dashboard	Type
Conflicts by Type	Shows the number of conflicts by category. Use to identify the number and monetary impact of the conflicts depending on their nature. Click the Information icon within the Conflict Types header to display the definition of the conflict types listed.
Top 10 Agencies with Multiple Conflicts	Lists providers with whom the most conflicts occur.
Top 10 Caregivers with Multiple Conflicts	Identifies the caregivers associated with the greatest number of conflicts.
Top 10 Patients with Multiple Conflicts	Identifies the patients associated with the greatest number of conflicts.
Top 10 Payers with Multiple Conflicts	Identifies the payers associated with the greatest number of conflicts.

Conflict Management Dashboard Chart View Overview Closed

The Conflict Management Dashboard Chart View consists of several dashboards showing various helpful metrics about your conflicts.

At the top of the page, select which metric to display on the page by selecting one from the Show on Widgets dropdown. Select which conflicts to display by choosing the From and To date range, the Status of the conflict, the Cost Type, and the Visit Type. Click the → button to confirm your selection.

Below the search bar, a series of key metrics are displayed, allowing you to quickly see statistics such as your Conflict Count or Percentage of Visits or Members with Conflicts.

The Venn Diagram section of the page adjusts according to the Show on Widgets field, and shows the overlap of conflicts for Time Overlap, In Service, and Time Distance.

The Bar Charts show the Top Agencies, Top Members, Top Payers and Top Caregivers for the metric selected in the Show on Widgets dropdown. For example, if Conflict Count is selected, the Top Members bar chart shows a list of Members with the highest conflict count.

The data from any of the charts can be exported as an Excel or CSV file by clicking the Download button.
