Authorization Dashboards

Authorization Dashboards under the Dashboards menu, focus on Patient (Member) Visit Authorizations for Providers.

Cards on the Authorization Homepage include:

Active Authorizations
Active Patients Without Authorizations
Authorizations Elapsing
Expired Authorizations

Use the Filters at right to customize the data displayed on all cards. The number of Days Elapsing filter is set on the card at lower left.

Click the Navigate icon on any card to open its related dashboard. For example, click the Navigate icon on the Current Active Authorization # card to open the Active Authorizations Dashboard.

Active Authorizations Closed

The Active Authorizations Dashboard includes cards and widgets related to Active Authorizations for all Providers.

Use the Filters at the right of the dashboard to customize the data displayed on all widgets.

Click the View Data icon (left of Filters) to view the dashboard’s source data. Source Data can be filtered, printed, and exported from the View Data page.

Active Authorizations Cards Closed

Active Authorizations cards are described in the following table.

Card	Description
Current Active Authorizations #	Number of Active Authorizations for all Providers.
Total Active Patients	Number of all Active Patients (Members) for all Providers.
Temp Active Authorizations #	Number of Temporary Active Authorizations for all Providers.
Average Max Hours Per Auth	Average maximum number of hours for each Authorization.

Active Authorizations Widgets Closed

Active Authorizations widgets are described in the following table.

Widget	Description
Number of Active Authorizations by Provider	Compares the number of Active Authorizations by Provider. Click one or more bars to focus on specific Providers. Select from Change Dimension to refocus the widget to compare data by Provider, by Service Code, or by EVV Type.
Number of Active Authorizations (Hours)	Compares the number of Authorized Visit Hours for the Month for all Providers.
Number of Active Authorizations (Length)	Compares the Length of Authorized Visits for the Month for all Providers.

Unique Authorizations Elapsing in 15 Days #	Number of Authorizations elapsing in the next fifteen days.
Total Patients With Active Authorizations	Number of Patients (Members) with Active Authorization for all Providers.

Days Left on Auths Elapsing within 15 Days	Compares the number of Authorizations elapsing within fifteen days by Member by number of authorized days remaining.
Number of Auths by Days Left Until Elapsing	Total number of Authorizations for all Providers by number of authorized days remaining.
