Caregiver Dashboard

The Caregiver Dashboard (Dashboards menu) focuses on information such as Active Caregivers, Caregivers with Extended Visits, Caregiver to Patient Ratio, and Caregivers with Unconfirmed Visits, Missed Visits, and Exceptions.

Widget	Description
Total Active Caregivers	Total number of Active Caregivers (Caregivers with Visits during the selected time frame) for the Payer.
Active # of Caregivers in Last 30 Days	Total number of Active Caregivers for the Payer in the last 30 days. Also the number of those Active Caregivers since listed as Inactive.
Caregivers with Missed Visits in Last 30 Days	Total number of Caregivers with Visits marked as Missed in HHAeXchange in the last 30 days.
Exceptions per Caregiver in Last 30 Days	Average number of Visits per Caregiver not captured or fully confirmed by EVV.

Widget	Description
Total # of Active Caregivers by Provider	Total number of Active Caregivers for each Provider.
Exceptions per Caregiver by Service Date	Average number of Active Caregivers with Visits not captured or fully confirmed by EVV. Also the total number of Active Caregivers with Visits not captured or fully confirmed by EVV. By Month and Year.

Missed Visits per Caregiver by Service Date	Average number of Active Caregivers with Visits marked as Missed in HHAeXchange . Total number of Active Caregivers with Missed Visits. By Month and Year.
Unconfirmed Visits per Caregiver by Service Date	Average number of Active Caregivers with Visits not verified electronically through EVV or manually. Total number of Active Caregivers with Unconfirmed Visits. By Month and Year.

Widget	Description
Caregiver with Over 8 Hours Visit Duration in the Last 30 Days	Active Caregivers with Visits that averaged over eight hours in the last 30 days.
Caregiver to Patient Ratio by Service Date	Ratio of Caregivers to Patients (Members). Bar chart showing the total number of Active Patients (Members) by Month and Year.
