Navigate Classic Dashboards

This document explains the tools and techniques available to help users navigate through HHAeXchange Classic Dashboards.
This document pertains to HHAeXchange Classic Dashboards created for release before December 2022. For information on navigating Dashboards created after that time, see Navigate Dashboards.
A Dashboard is a collection of components (widgets and filters) that allow you to visualize and measure key performance indicators (KPIs) from a central location. Information is organized according to business function or category (for example, CMS, Caregiver, Census). The user can view metrics and analyze data from a high level down to specific detail.
The Dashboards available to the user can be found on the Dashboard(s) menu in the HHAeXchange application’s top navigation bar.

For Payer Classic Dashboards, a widget’s data can only be viewed when a Drill icon is displayed on the widget (top right). The user clicks the Drill icon to view the widget’s source data.
Source Data can be filtered and exported from the View Data page.
The following tools are available on the right of the View Data page:
Users can select from the Filters pane to customize the data displayed.
Users can select to display and download one or more pages of data from the Page Number list.
Users can click the Download icon to export the displayed data in CSV or Microsoft Excel format.
