Census Notes Dashboard
The Census Notes Dashboard (Dashboards menu) is comprised of two sections: Member Census and Communication Notes. The Member Census section captures a daily collective count of all Members as well as Member census and information per Provider by monthly trends and by Member Status. The Communication Notes section offers data on Note Communication trends such as the number of Total Notes, Open Notes, and the average number of days to Close Notes.

The Communication Notes Dashboard section starts with the Monthly Note Communication Trend and the Weekly Note Communication Trend, providing a high-level visual of the number of Notes Sent and Received throughout the course of past weeks and months. Click any line coordinate to view Note Details such as Provider, CreationDate, Reason, and Priority for the selected Note type and time period.
Indicator widgets in the Communication Note Dashboard include Open Communication Notes, Sent Notes, Received Notes, Avg Days to Close Note, Closed Notes, and Avg Days per Thread. Click any widget to display its details.
The Notes by Provider and Notes by Type widgets capture overall communication data per Provider and types of Notes. On the left, Notes by Provider provides a total number of Notes Received and Notes Sent per Provider. On the right, a pie chart provides a visual of the overall breakdown of Notes by Type.
Clicking any numbered link in Notes by Provider displays specific details such as Note Reason, Creation Date, and number of Received and Sent responses for the selected number (per Provider).
Hovering over any segment in Notes by Type displays its Note Type, number, and percentage. Clicking a segment displays its details, such as Reason, Provider, Created Date, Member Number, Member Name, and the actual Note).
At the bottom of the dashboard, the Users by Productivity widget provides a visual of the top 20 users (Total Sent Notes).
The Member Census section consists of four widgets. The top widget Today's Member Census, indicates the overall Member count across the application for the day based on nightly processing. Below Today's Member Census are the Monthly Census Trend (left) and Census by Provider (right).
Monthly Census Trend provides Member count details on a monthly basis; the number of unique Members who were part of the daily census on at least one day of a given month. Click any bar to display specific details such as daily count in the selected month.
Census by Provider lists the Provider and the number of respective Members. The Provider column is sortable (ascending/descending). Clicking on any link in the Members column displays details for selected number.
Below the first three widgets, Members by Status provides the total number of Members according to their Status in the system.
Click any bar in Members by Status to view the Member details by Provider based on Status.
