Claim Performance Metrics Dashboard

The Claim Performance Metrics Dashboard under the Dashboards menu, displays the Total Visits Submitted to, Accepted by, and Rejected by the Payer in the selected time frame as well as average response times and a Bill Adjudication percentage.

The Claim Performance Metrics Dashboard has its own set of Filters displayed in the right pane.

This indicator displays the average number of days between the Payer receiving an EDI 837 claim file from the Provider and the Payer returning an EDI 277ca claim response file to the Provider.

This indicator displays the percentage of submitted Visits adjudicated or being adjudicated by the Payer in the selected time frame for all Providers.

Total Visits Accepted for Adjudication widget

This indicator displays the total number of submitted Visits rejected by the Payer in the selected time frame for all Providers.

Total Visits Rejected widget

This widget displays the total number of submitted Visits from the top 20 Providers rejected by the Payer in the selected time frame.

Total Visits Rejected by Top 20 Providers widget

This indicator displays the total number of Visits submitted to the Payer that have not been responded to in the selected time frame for all Providers.

Total Visits Submitted Without Response widget

This bar chart displays the total number of submitted Visits in the selected time frame by the top 20 Providers that have not been responded to by the Payer.
