EVV Dashboards

EVV Dashboards under the Dashboards menu, provide a broad range of information about Visits and EVV Compliance based on Provider data. With an emphasis on Visit Compliance, the EVV Dashboards cover data points including Unconfirmed Visits, Compliance Ratios, Missed Visits, and Short or Late Start Visits.

Cards on the EVV Homepage include:

Use the Filters at right to customize the data displayed on all cards.

Click the Navigate icon on any card to open its related dashboard. For example, click the Navigate icon on the EVV Compliance % card to open the EVV Compliance Dashboard.

EVV Adoption Dashboard Closed

The EVV Adoption Dashboard includes cards and widgets related to Electronic Visit Verification Adoption.

Use the Filters at the right of the dashboard to customize the data displayed on all widgets.

Click the View Data icon (left of Filters) to view the dashboard’s source data. Source Data can be filtered, printed, and exported from the View Data page.

EVV Adoption Cards Closed

EVV Adoption cards are described in the following table.

Card	Description
EVV Adoption %	Percentage of Visits using EVV in the last week. Also, a comparison to the previous week.
EVV Adopted Visits #	Number of visits that used EVV in the last week. Also, a comparison to the previous week.
Manual Visits #	Total number of visits in the last week that were not verified electronically. Also, a comparison to the previous week.
Total Visits	Total number of visits in the last week. Also, a comparison to the previous week.

EVV Adoption Widgets Closed

EVV Adoption widgets are described in the following table.

Widget	Description
Number of Visits That Were EVV by Payer	Compares the number of EVV visits by Provider. Click one or more bars to focus on specific Providers. Select from Change Dimension to refocus the widget to compare data by Provider, by Service Code, or by EVV Type.
Number of Visits That Were EVV by Source	Compares the number of EVV visits by source of the visit (e.g. HHA EVV, Third Party EVV) for all Providers. Click one or more bars to focus on specific sources.
Number of Visits That Were EVV by Week	Charts the number of EVV visits for all Providers each week.

Description

Number of Visits That Were EVV by Payer

Compares the number of EVV visits by Provider.

Click one or more bars to focus on specific Providers.

Select from Change Dimension to refocus the widget to compare data by Provider, by Service Code, or by EVV Type.

Number of Visits That Were EVV by Source

Compares the number of EVV visits by source of the visit (e.g. HHA EVV, Third Party EVV) for all Providers. Click one or more bars to focus on specific sources.

Number of Visits That Were EVV by Week

Charts the number of EVV visits for all Providers each week.

EVV Compliance Dashboard (Non-compliant visits) Closed

The EVV Compliance Dashboard includes cards and widgets related to Electronic Visit Verification Compliance.

Number of Non-Compliant Visits	Compares the number of non-compliant visits by Provider. Click one or more bars to focus on specific Providers. Select from Change Dimension to refocus the widget to compare data by Provider, by Service Code, or by EVV Type. Click the magnifying glass icon to view the Non-Compliant Visits by Provider Summary Report. Report data can be sorted by column and downloaded in Excel or .CSV format.
Reasons for Non-Compliant Visits	Compares the number of times each reason for a non-compliant visit was used for all Providers. Click one or more bars to focus on specific reasons. Select from Change Dimension to refocus the widget to display data by Exception Reason or by Exception Code.
Number of Non-Compliant Visits by Week	Compares the number of non-compliant visits for all Providers each week. Select specific Providers to analyze using the Add Providers into Chart list.
