Visit LifeCycle Holds Dashboards
Visit LifeCycle Holds Dashboards (Dashboards menu) focus on the reasons why member (patient) visits are delayed in the billing process.

Cards on the Visit Lifecyle Holds Home Dashboard are described in the following table.

| Visit Rejections | Charts the number of Visit Rejections throughout the Date Range for selected Providers. |
| Auth Rejections | Charts the number of Authorization Rejections throughout the Date Range for selected Providers. |
| Member Rejections | Charts the number of Member (Patient) Rejections throughout the Date Range for selected Providers. |
Use the Filters at top left to set the Date Range and Provider Names included in the cards.
Click the Navigate icon on any chart to open its related dashboard. For example, click the Navigate icon on the Prebilling Review Holds card to open the Prebilling Review Dashboard.
The Prebilling Review Dashboard includes cards and widgets related to visits held in Prebilling Review for all Providers.
Use the Filters at top and at right of the dashboard to customize the data displayed on widgets.
Click the View Data icon (above Filters) to view the dashboard’s source data. Source Data can be filtered, printed, and exported from the View Data page.
The Visits on Hold card at right (below Filters) lists the total visits on hold and total hours on hold in the Date Range.
