Special Requests
In the Special Requests section of the Provider Information page under Member > Search > search for and select a Member, Provider Info, you can indicate if the Member has special needs or preferences to consider such as Caregiver Gender and Languages.

The six default fields available for Special Requests are listed in the following table.

Additional Miscellaneous checkbox fields can be created on the Reference Table Management page under Admin > Reference Table Management.

In order to add or change Special Requests, the user must belong to a Role with access to MemberSpecialRequest and MemberSpecialRequestEdit. The Edit button is not displayed for users without access.
MemberSpecialRequest and MemberSpecialRequestEdit access can be granted via the Edit Roles page under Admin > User Management > Edit Roles.
To add or edit Special Requests, complete the following steps.

Click Edit at top right of the Special Requests section.

Add or change selections on the Special Requests page, and then click Save.
Special Requests impact new Placements created after the Special Request was logged. Existing Placements are not affected when a Special Request is added or changed.
