Visit Window
To open the Visit window, click in any Visit Calendar cell under Member > Search > search for and select a Member.
The Visit window contains detailed information about a Visit’s schedule, details, and billing—and is divided into three tabs, shown in the following sections. The Visit window is read-only for Payers.
From any tab in the Visit Info page, the user can click Print at lower right to print Visit Details including Member, Schedule, Visit, Audit, Note, Duty Sheet, Call History, Bill Info, and Authorization information. All Visit Detail pages print by default, but the user can use the browser’s Print function to select specific pages to print.

The Visit Info tab contains confirmation details received via EVV or manually entered by a Provider.
