Enhancements
The data from any of the charts on the Conflict Management Chart View page can now be exported as an Excel or CSV file by clicking the Download button.

There are two new metrics available on the Conflict Management Chart View page:

% of Visits with Conflicts: Shows a ratio of Visits to Conflicts

% of Members with Conflicts: Shows a ratio of Members to Conflicts

In Conflict Management, the Status search field now allows you to select multiple statuses. This allows you to see all types of unresolved conflicts at the same time.

The No Services Alert is now available. This new alert notifies the Payer that a Member is not receiving services within a configurable timeframe.
The Payer sets up the alert so that it triggers after a certain number of days with no services.
