HHAeXchange is permission-based, so access to certain features may vary depending on your role and organization settings.

Feature Enhancements

As we continue to enhance the Conflict Management feature, the following improvements have been made:

  • A new multi-select filter has been added for Visit Type, allowing you to filter out scheduled visits.

  • The Conflict Type filter now allows you to select multiple options.

  • The Tabular View and Conflict Summary pages have been removed in order to streamline the user experience. You can now find and manage specific types of conflicts more intuitively.

When creating a No Services, No Services After Authorization Start, or No Services After Placement Start alert, you can now select whether the alert should trigger for all records, for records where HHAeXchange is the EVV provider, or for records where a third-party is the EVV provider.
