Carehub Mobile App Providers Page
The Providers page is used to switch between Agencies/Offices connected to you.
To change Providers,

From the Menu, tap Providers.

On the Providers page, select from the list of connected Providers and tap Change Active Provider to open the Select a Provider page.

Select the Provider you want or choose to Answer daily patient questions only.
If configured, Third-Party Terms must be accepted. Then, the Schedule page (Members page for Daily Patient Questions) is displayed.
If the Provider is not shown on the Providers page, tap Add a New Provider. On the Connect Your Account page, enter the Provider's Activation Code and tap Submit Code. Finish Provider account setup steps in the Sign Up Here topic.
To disconnect a Provider from your account,

From the Menu, tap Providers.

On the Providers page, tap the Delete icon next to the name of the Provider you want to disconnect.

Tap Disconnect Provider from your account.

When prompted to confirm your actions, tap Disconnect Provider.
To set a Provider as the active connection for your account,

From the Menu, tap Providers.

On the Providers page, tap the name of the Provider to set as the active connection.

Tap Set as Active Provider.
