Assign Caregivers to Patient Information in the Mobile App

When a role permission is activated, Providers can grant Caregivers access to Patient information on the Mobile App. To use the Unscheduled Visits feature in the Mobile App without an EVV Exception, the Caregiver must be assigned to the Patient.

  1. Go to Patient > Search Patient > General page.

  2. Select the Edit button.

  3. Select the Caregivers in the Caregivers with Mobile Patient Info Access dropdown. If the permission is not activated for a role, the field is unavailable to edit.
