Feature Enhancements
Several enhancements have been made in the Conflict Management Dashboard, making for a smoother user experience.
The Visit Type filter lets you narrow conflicts by the status of the underlying visit: Scheduled, Confirmed, Billed, or Paid.
There are new multi-select filters for County and Service Code.
The Conflict ID and Ref Conflict ID fields have been merged into a single field, allowing for simplified cross-agency communication.
A new hold has been implemented in the Aggregation Transaction Manager. This hold occurs when the rounded Bill Hours are greater than the rounded EVV Hours.
For more information, see EVV Aggregation Transaction Manager Rule Holds and Resolutions.
The Clinical MD Orders feature now includes an electronic signature requirement for the Nurse’s Signature section of the Physician’s Order. This enhancement ensures that all MD Orders are properly authenticated, supporting the validation of clinical decisions, prescriptions, and care instructions.
For more information, see MD Orders Feature.
Enhancements to the Clinical MD Order feature now allow users to seamlessly push updates between the Assessment and the MD Order. This update improves workflow efficiency, reduces duplicate data entry, and helps ensure that clinical documentation and physician orders remain accurate and aligned across records.
For more information, see MD Orders Feature.
