HHAeXchange is permission-based, so access to certain features may vary depending on your role and organization settings.

Enhancements

You can now choose whether first of a split visit's confirmed end time should be 11:59pm or 12:00am. This can be adjusted on the Edit Office page under Admin > Office Setup under the General section.

There are two improvements to the search filter options on the Conflict Management page:

  1. The Conflict Status field now allows you to select multiple statuses.

  2. The Notification Type field allows you to search for conflicts that have communications associated with them.

Caregivers are now prevented from clocking in or out of future Visits in the HHAeXchange+ Mobile App. This ensures that clock-ins and clock-outs are accurate and EVV compliance is maintained.

You can now message Caregivers directly via the Visit Maintenance page.

Click the Ellipsis under the Actions column in the record's row. Select Send Service Provider Message from the dropdown.

Previously, this functionality was available in other parts of the HHAeXchange system, though not in Visit Maintenance.

Providers in North Carolina can now add a referring physician and an ordering physician to a Patient's contract, which then is included in the 837 claim submission.

This can be done from the Contracts/Insurance page of the Patient's Profile.

The HHAeXchange system now supports creating multiple unscheduled visits from EVV entries on the same day.

Previously, only one unscheduled visit per Member could be created per day.

Caregivers can now search for Visits up to 31 days in the past within the HHAeXchange+ Mobile App.

Previously, search was only available for up to 7 days in the past.
