HHAeXchange is permission-based, so access to certain features may vary depending on your role and organization settings.
Visits to Patients in group home settings can now be grouped into a Cluster Visit. The Cluster Visits feature is now available to streamline service to two or more Patients at the same location with the same Caregiver.
When Patients are part of a Cluster Visit, Caregivers can now clock-in and out once for all patients in the group.

The Unscheduled Visit Service Code field is now available in the Plan of Care feature. This field allows service codes to be associated with a Plan of Care (POC) for unscheduled visits based on available authorizations.
Caregivers can then select the correct POCs in the HHAeXchange+ Mobile App to accurately document duties for the Visit.
