Payer Placement Broadcast Dashboard
The Placement Broadcast dashboard under Dashboards, provides valuable insights related to broadcast placements. It includes trends in broadcast activity, provider rankings for accepted and denied placements, broadcast turnaround times, and reasons for denied placements by providers.
The payer platform offers our customers the ability to broadcast across their network for member placements. Payers can use this information to analyze placement performance, providers acceptance rates, turnaround times, etc.
Additional detailed data is available with drill down dashboards for accepted and denied broadcasts with breakouts by denial reasons, by service code, geographic area, etc.
Use the Filter 
button to display the filter pane. The Filter allows you to select the data to display on the cards and widgets.
Use the Home 
button to go back to the Placement Broadcast Dashboard.
Use the Download 
button to download the data to your computer.
The Accepted Summary Dashboard displays information about accepted placement broadcasts.
The Denied Summary Dashboard displays information about denied placement broadcasts.
The No Answer Details Dashboard displays information about placement broadcasts that received no answers.
The Pending & Needs More Time Details Dashboard displays information about placement broadcasts that are still pending.
