HHAeXchange is permission-based, so access to certain features may vary depending on your role and organization settings.
Feature Enhancements
You can now bulk edit alerts instead of doing so one-by-one, making alert management quicker and more efficient.
For more information, see Alerts Page.
We’ve made updates to improve how conflicts are identified for both in-service training and travel between visits:
-
In-service training: Conflict checks are temporarily paused while we refine how training completed in multiple short sessions is evaluated.
-
Travel time: Conflict detection for short distances has been improved to better reflect realistic travel patterns, reducing unnecessary alerts.
You can now inactivate alert types so they no longer trigger new alerts.
When creating or editing an alert, toggle the Active switch to the left to inactive the alert.
For more information, see Real Time Alerts.
The Integration File Dashboard now has an additional status for records: Skipped. This status is used when the record is a duplicate of a record that already exists in HHAeXchange.
For more information, see Integration File Dashboard.
