External Agency Contacts Page
The External Agency Contacts page under Action > Conflict Management Dashboard is a centralized directory of individuals at other provider agencies, you regular work with in the resolution of conflicts.
The contact information entered on the External Agency Contacts page displays when viewing conflict details, providing all the information you need without having to locate it separately every time.

Go to Action > Conflict Management Dashboard > External Agency Contacts .

Select the Plus icon.

Select the Provider agency from the Provider dropdown.

Enter the individual’s name in Contact Name field.

Enter the individual’s phone number.

Click Submit to save.
Cancel if you do not want to save the contact at this time.
To delete External Agency Contacts:

Go toAction > Conflict Management Dashboard > External Agency Contacts .

Locate the contact on the list.

Click the Delete
button next to the Phone Number field.
