These release notes contain a high-level overview of updates and new functionality introduced to the HHAeXchange Professional software. HHAeXchange is permission-based, so access to certain features may vary depending on your role and organization settings.
Enhance communication and care delivery with detailed clinical management, and real-time alerts, leading to better member outcomes and caregiver satisfaction.
In Communications > Alerts, when viewing a Missed Visit alert that has been triggered by multiple missed visits, you now see information about all visits that caused the alert to trigger.
Previously, viewing an alert of this type would only show information about a single visit.

There are now Reference Table Management tables for Nurse and Coordinator. These tables allow you to add Nurses and Coordinators so that they can be selected from their respective dropdowns within a Member Profile.
Previously, these tables were not available.

The Member Search page now shows a badge next to each Provider under the Provider Name column, indicating the Member's status with that specific Provider.
Previously, there was no indication of inactive statuses for Members placed with more than one Provider.
In addition, the Provider Placement Status filter has been added to the Advanced Search Filters.
Previously, this filter was not available.
