Employer Profile Feature

The Employer Profile feature located under Payroll > Employer > Employer Profile, allows you manage Agency information.

Employer Profile feature

Manage the following,

  • Accounting Export - Export payroll data to your accounting software to simplify bookkeeping.

  • Addresses - Manage your addresses.

  • Bank Accounts - Manage the bank account used to pay your team. See Employer Bank Accounts for more information.

  • Benefits - Set up and manage benefits like health or retirement. See Employer Benefits for more information.

  • Business Info - Update your business and legal name.

  • Check Printing - Print earnings statements on plain paper only.

  • Pay Groups - Create how and when your team gets paid. See Employer Pay Groups for more information.

  • Pay Types - Set up and manage pay types like hourly or salary. See Employer Pay Types for more information.

  • Tax Info - Manage your company's tax information. See Employer Tax Info for more information.

  • Time Off - Set up and manage paid and unpaid time off for your team. You can have multiple time-off policies to accommodate different needs. See Employer Time Off for more information.
