Feature Enhancements
You can now add a Secondary Insurance Denial file name to the Billing Details/EOB section of the Other Insurances window on the Visit.
A new field has been added to the secondary insurance page, allowing users to enter a file name up to 80 alphanumeric characters for supporting documentation. This file name is now included in the 837 claim file (PWK06 segment), helping ensure claims are accepted by payors that require this information.

Two bulk actions are now available from the Search Results on the Conflict Management Page: Change Status and Add Internal Note.
This allows you to manage your conflicts quicker and with more efficiency.
For more information, see Conflict Management Page.
The Conflict Management page now includes a Conflict Report Export. This export follows the familiar legacy Conflict Report format, making it easier to review conflicts while transitioning to the new Conflict Management experience.
For more information, see Conflict Management Page.
We’ve made updates to improve how conflicts are identified for both in-service training and travel between visits:
-
In-service training: Conflict checks are temporarily paused while we refine how training completed in multiple short sessions is evaluated.
-
Travel time: Conflict detection for short distances has been improved to better reflect realistic travel patterns, reducing unnecessary alerts.
Updates to the OASIS form align with the latest CMS OASIS-E2 requirements effective April 1, 2026. Changes include replacing and removing outdated items, like Gender and COVID-19 vaccination status, expanding required fields at Resumption of Care, updating skip logic, clarifying injury definitions, and ensuring compliance with the new CMS data submission process.
Partners now can now directly link caregivers from their proprietary web applications directly to the HHAeXchange+ Mobile App via Universal Links. This reduces friction, improves EVV compliance, and streamlines partner integrations. Contact your Business or Customer Service Representative.
-
When the HHAeXchange+ Mobile App is installed, the Universal Link opens the app to the Login screen.
-
When the HHAeXchange+ Mobile App is not installed, the Universal Link routes the user to the right App Store / Google Play Store.
